Within AutoCAD move the outline to the origin in 3D.

Export as a DWG 2000 then import into a Revit family, setting the units and origin to origin.

Trace to create an extrusion, dimension and then when highlighted, from Label: add parameters for height and thickness.

Alter the material from the properties.

Load into the project and adjust the material transparency to suite.
